If it hasn’t been 30 days since your purchase date, we can help you with the return or exchange. You can return your items for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

Washing and care instructions for Lime Linen sheets are as easy as ABC: When you machine wash, get your Lime Linen gently cycled with similar colors and in cold water. Do not use bleach, as chlorine can weaken the fibers. Tumble dry on low heat or, even better, hang dry. Do not iron or dry clean.

Pilling is an issue that affects many types of fabrics. The main reason that this happens is washing linens in hot water and drying them in high heat. The heat causes the fibers in the linen to break and knot which, in turn, forms the “pills”, or balls, on the cloth. Be sure to wash your linens in cool or cold water and dry on a low heat to maintain the integrity of your linens.
